Shipping & Returns:

We hope you are 100% happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. As long as you comply with the terms below, we will refund the price of the goods and the delivery charge.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), you can return it to us within 30 days. In certain circumstances, longer periods may apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will fully refund the price paid, the delivery charge, and the cost of packaging and postage for returning the product to your original method of payment.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, we will accept the return of unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. In such cases, we will refund the price of the goods, but the delivery charge and the cost of returning the product will not be refunded.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely and include your order details inside the package.

3. Send the item to the address provided in our return email response.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
